• Prices are listed in EUR (€) and do not include VAT, as Edutorra Creations S.R.L. is not VAT registered in Romania.

• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.

• After 10 days, no refunds are available.

3.2 Mini Guide: Romanian History & Culture (digital download)

• Due to the digital nature, no refunds are offered once the guide is delivered.

• Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded up until the release date.

3.3 One-on-One Coaching Pack

• Refunds available for unused lessons if requested within 7 days of purchase.

• Completed lessons cannot be refunded.

3.4 Trial Lesson (€1)

• Non-refundable. This is a symbolic fee to confirm attendance.
